It is located in via Spalato 3, on the outskirts of Torre San Giovanni, Ugento marina, on the Jonica Gallipoli / Leuca coast, in a quiet residential area consisting of a few houses and summer villas. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday away from the chaos of the city.
The house is only 70 meters from the sea (low cliff sea level swimming) and 950 meters from the first free / equipped sandy beach (beach of the Isle of Pazze).
The first essential services such as bars, supermarkets, pizzerias and walking places are within 500 meters.
Located in a strategic position, in less than 5 minutes by car, (3.5 km), you can reach the most famous long stretches of sand of Salento with the always green and crystalline sea: nature to say the least Caribbean.
The villa of this announcement consists of:
- Living room furnished with new furniture, wall equipped with 32 'LED TV, 6 seater opening table, two seater sofa bed.
- Kitchenette: the kitchen is equipped with pots and pans for 6 people;

- Bedroom with two single beds which can be joined into a double bed if required;

The veranda is ideal for outdoor breakfasts or dinners with sea view.
All beds and sofa beds are equipped with new hypoallergenic mattresses, protected in turn by removable hygienic mattress covers, which we supply and replaced at each guest change for greater hygiene for you and the mattresses themselves.
All windows are protected by mosquito nets.
