Summary: The property is simple, but clean, comfortable, with most everything you need. Paddle boards, life vests, charcoal grill all included. The deck has a nice view of a small cove, with a nice dock. They've erected some barrier fences to block the view of trailers/neighbors, so not a "high end area" if that is what you're looking for. Had a night with no A/C, but owner dealt with it as quickly as possible - fixed first thing the next morning. He was communicative and responsive throughout the process.
