Wide array of nearby amenities - shopping, restaurants, US National Whitewater Center, and just a short drive to Uptown Charlotte.
Spacious dock to accommodate your boat or a rental! Guests are welcome to use Stand Up Paddleboards, kayak and other water toys.

Summary: Beautiful house and great location to my daughter's wedding venue. Wasn't expecting run down mobile homes on street. Most of the street looks kind of sketchy but everyone seemed nice and neighborly. The house is great! Host texted that he had an amazon order coming for toilet paper. Only 1 of 3 bathrooms had a partial roll left. Order arrived the following evening after I had bought some but the was very responsive to my texts and communicated well. Overall very good stay. Only suggestion is maybe a stool to get up on the beds. The downstairs bed is especially high for short people like me ( 5'3")
