Positive: The location is convenient and very central. It is located in a small alley, which was initially slightly confusing to find but there were many very friendly locals in the neighborhood who directed us there when we gave the building number. The staff were extremely kind, and the facilities were clean and neat, including the shared bathroom. Good AC too.
Negative: No elevator. We carried our suitcases up to the second floor, which was fine with us, but something to keep in mind if you aren't willing to do that.
