Located in the hip, bohemian 10th arrondissement and reflecting some of its signature cool, there's an eclectic mix of bars and eateries to enjoy, as well as Poissonnière Station close by.

Under the eaves and flooded with light through large attic windows is an inviting living room, where pared-down design is lifted by accents of colour and features plenty of cushy spots to put your feet up. One of the sofas converts into a double bed to sleep two guests and there's a handy play pen for toddlers. By the roof terrace doors and alongside a sprinkling of leafy plants, is a handy office corner, ideal for remote working. No smoking, pets or parties! This apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift access, so you'll get your steps in. Worth it for the views and the terrace though.
