Third bedroom with a full-over-queen spacious bunk bed & fold-out twin bed chair. Living room with luxe leather couch, cozy electric fireplace, and big screen 64" ROKU television. Fully stocked full-size kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, full-size oven, and dishwasher. Dining area with extendable dining table with seating up to 8. Bathroom with tub & shower. Couch and included spare mattress can sleep additional guests.

Entire upstairs is yours! Duplex house also has an apartment downstairs. Several hundred feet of access to the Brewster River. Connect to the Smuggler's Notch Resort hiking & snowshoe trails from the property. 1min drive to the Resort for year-round activities.
