Summary: The lanai with pond view was nice (power lines to the left). We enjoyed watching the alligator and birds. Short walk to the pool. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the house was clean. Dirty floors (not vacuumed or mopped). Smudged refrigerator doors. Sheets and pillows missing from bed. Dust everywhere. Carpets were full of crumbs and food debris. We notified the owner upon arrival. He sent the cleaning crew back out the next day. 2.5 hours of our vacation time was wasted on a sunny saturday waiting for her. I asked if she vacuumed the carpets as she left. She said yes. Nope. I ended up vacuuming the carpets instead. We stayed because we had commitments, but cut our trip 2 days early. The owner was responsive and had good intentions, but I strongly suggest the hiring of a different cleaning crew. P.S. Kitchen table chairs are very uncomfortable!
