Summary: Good could easily become very good with minor improvements such as: more in the welcome package such as addresses of nearby supermarkets , urgent care, emergency room vet etc. A list of nearby restaurants and/ ir take out places would have been good. In the masterbath a second hook for towels would have been welcome as would a shower mat. The kitchen was good enough but a few more coffee mugs and knives and forks would have helped. To get to excellent would take a small investment - put down a patio outside the lannai and on it have a gas BBQ and a small table and chairs for outside dining.
