BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 3 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 2 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries.
This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique, upscale decor. Everyone in your party can have a space to call their own. The bedroom configurations are as follows:
Master / 1 Queen with pullout sofa
Bedroom 2 / 1 Full Trundle bed with pullout twin
Bedroom 3 / 1 Full Trundle bed with pullout twin
The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and other bathroom is located between the other bedrooms. Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in.
KITCHEN/LIVING:
The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with state of the art appliances: blender, coffee makers, and air fryer. There’s plenty of dishware for large groups for both indoor and outdoor dining; all that and more will exceed your culinary expectations. The bright and airy kitchen allows for your culinary aspirations to come to life.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside or dabbling in sports: Croquet, Golf, Volleyball, sand bag toss.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use)
No pool heating offered during summer months, only spa heating available. (end of May to end of August). Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool. Please reach out to our provided emergency number for assistance, if needed.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
PARKING:
4 cars in the driveway
OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Please note, outdoor music via cell phone or laptop is no problem. Quiet hours are between 8 pm and 8 am as per city's ordinance. Please take the music inside and limit outdoor noise to minimum after 8 pm.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: Load and start the washer with used towels, put your trash in the trash bins outside. Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure. Thank you so much.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
PETS: One small dog per reservation is allowed for an additional fee of $75. Please be sure to clean up after your pet if they go in the backyard and any damage inside the home will be billed to you in case of special cleaning involved due to the pet.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
