Summary: The location is optimal and was the perfect amount of space for my teenage daughters and I. There we some dirty washcloths missed from previous tenants and, unfortunately, some roaches on the floor. While the location is great, the unit is a bit run down, but we spent the majority of time at the beach! And while I didn't mind, it was a bit distracting at night to try and sleep with the noise from the music (bar next door) and all the people walking and yelling in the street behind. They used it as parking for the bar. Overall, we really loved the location and would stay there again! Thank you for your help. Joanna Cokley
