It has the charm of a forest retreat and convenience of being just a short drive from SeaTac airport, theaters, shops, restaurants, and parks. Quick access to I-5 and I-405 make for an easy trip to downtown Seattle or Bellevue. We've designed this space to be a comfortable base for guests to unwind for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

A fully equipped retreat just 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.
Stairs on the left side of the driveway lead to the guest unit on the back side of the building. Guest parking is marked and to the left of the garage at the bottom of the stairs. There is room to turn around in front of the house so there's no need to back in or out or be dropped off at the street. Private garden patio at the top of the stairs is just for guests.

Great, close-nit neighborhood with views of Mt. Rainier throughout. Shopping centers, malls, movie theaters, stores, restaurants, waterfront parks, and everything you could need is just a short drive away.
•Drive to Downtown Seattle or Downtown Bellevue in 15-20 minutes (depending on traffic).
•Uber/Lyft is available for the area but navigation sometimes leads drivers to the wrong location because of the driveway. it may be easier to meet the driver at the street or explain how to get down the driveway.
•Tukwila Light Rail Station is 4 miles away. Parking lot with trains to downtown Seattle and the airport.
•Bus stops within a 15 minute walk will also get you downtown within 30-40 minutes.
•Quick freeway access by car. Just a few minute drive to I-5 or I-405.
•Airport is a 10-15 minute drive.
•Local mall and waterfront park within a 5 minute drive.
