Charming, thoughtfully appointed 3 bedroom apartment, located steps from the orange line metro, and close to cafés, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores, as well as within easy reach of Jarry Park, the Jean Talon market, Little Italy and all services and transportation.
This apartment is the second floor of a well maintained 1930s Art Deco Montreal row house/duplex, was recently renovated, yet retains its original character.
The space:
