The home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which we hope you will find to be simple, yet comfortable, with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. The decorations bring out the Colorado spirit and may inspire you to explore the wonderful local scenery. In the upstairs you'll find the spacious master suite with a king bed and private bath, as well as two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The finished basement has two twin beds, an air mattress, and a futon sleeper couch, this area is wonderful for kids with hammock chairs and two TVs for entertainment. The main common space has a kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a brand new 65" 4K smart TV (Netflix and Disney+ included). Don't forget to check out the back patio where you can relax in the hammock or play a game of cornhole in the yard.
You will have access to the entire house, back patio, and yard. The owner does live on-site in a separate unit so is available if you have any questions. The washer/dryer are located in the house and shared with the owner; the owner will communicate with guests before entering the property to use the laundry machines.
