A bar area for entertainment your guest. with 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and huge first floor the house feels amazing and it is a wonderful home to enjoy indoor outdoor southern California living. It's very close to Newport Beach and Costa mesa for beaches, amazing dining and shopping options

The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
