## Space

This well decorated and homely flat is located to the south of Edinburgh city centre - perfect for business and leisure trips. Haymarket train station just a short taxi journey from the property.

BEDROOM 1: The master bedroom features a king-size bed with lots of storage space to store all of your belongings. A hairdryer and hangers will be provided to guests

BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom is light and has a double bed. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival.

KITCHEN: The kitchen features a large window making it the perfect space to cook a lovely home-cooked meal. Feel free whip up a meal with the utensils provided and enjoy it at the dining room table.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is nicely decorated with a comfy sofa, TV and a selection of books for you to enjoy after a day exploring the cobbled streets of Edinburgh.

BATHROOM: The modern bathroom features a full-size bath with shower. We supply hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner for our guests.

## Access

Guests will have full access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

I will not be available but I have a fantastic support team who will be on hand to offer round the clock support.

## Neighborhood

Polwarth is a popular area comprised mainly of impressive Victorian tenements, and lies just west of the city centre close to Tollcross and the West End. Morningside and Bruntsfield offer a vibrant mix of independent, specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our home is also just minutes away from the Union canal which has great walk and cycle paths and will take you into the city centre.

Many attractions, business and educational institutions of Edinburgh centre can be reached easily on foot along with Haymarket Station; whilst regular bus services are available from the end of the street.

## Transit

EDINBURGH AIRPORT: You can get the SKYLINK 300 bus (stop F) directly from the airport then walk 5 minutes to our apartment. It costs £4.50 per person (please have correct change before boarding) and can take between 35 mins - 1 hour, dependant on traffic and time of day. Buses run every 12 minutes Monday to Saturday daytime and every 30 minutes evenings and Sundays.

TRAIN: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Haymarket. From the station, the flat is a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

CAR: Like all big cities it is difficult to park in the centre. There is very limited metered parking on our street and surrounding. These cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure that you have paid the parking in the meter machines for your allotted time so you don’t get a fine and you are not parking in resident's parking. Space is very limited and not guaranteed.

Parking - There is free parking available on the street outside from 6 PM to 8:30 AM, Monday to Friday, and free parking on weekends. However, finding an available space is not guaranteed and is very limited. During the week you can pay to park on the street outside our home (not guaranteed and limited).
