The Space:
INDOOR MAIN LEVEL
+The open concept main level boasts a large gathering space for the whole family, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room.
+Ever need a vacation from your vacation? The spa-like master suite is just for you, parents! While your kids enjoy the tent-beds and the foosball table, you can enjoy a slow morning with a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, private sunroom with unobstructed forest views, private gas fireplace, Smart TV and beverage station. The attached 5-piece master bath is a real treat with heated floors, a stand-alone soaking tub positioned underneath picture windows with aspen views, dual sinks, rain shower, and a private water closet with bidet.
+The modern kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a Whirpool gas stove, and everything you'll need to make and serve a beautiful meal, including a Ninja blender, an immersion blender, a crock pot, traditional, french press, and pour over coffee makers, waffle maker, electric griddle, and even an indoor s'more maker. Comfortable dining room seating for 12.

OUTDOOR SPACES
+You won't see anything but national forest land from the covered back deck! Outdoor seating, a gas firepit, a Traeger smoker/grill and a picnic table set you up well for all your family meals.
+ A hammock is available for all your digesting and napping glory.
+ Down the stairs off the deck you'll find the large hot tub with amazing views of Colorado's famous ponderosa pines, douglas firs, and aspens
+ Everyone will have ample space to play! 2 fenced yards, one with a full kids play structure. Yard games provided for all seasons, including corn hole for summer and sleds for winter. Step out the gate, and you have millions of miles of national forest to explore. ATV trails, hiking and horseback-riding trails are accessible within 1/2 mile of the property.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house and property with the exception of a detached out building and locked indoor cleaning closet. Our team sets out linens appropriate to the number of people on your reservation so please make sure your reservation accurately reflects the number in your party. Be aware that we charge a $20/night fee for additional guests after 4.
The Neighborhood:
Welcome to the true Colorado high country! In addition to being within close driving distance to Pikes Peak and all of the wonderful attractions in Colorado Springs, Divide, Colorado boasts unsearchable acres of uninhabited land, and a higher population of deer and elk than it does people. You'll feel worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but are only an 8 minute drive to the grocery store, Irish pizza pub (yeah, it's a thing) and to Paradox, one of the region's most reputable microbreweries where we recently watched a real cowboy ride up and hitch his horse before ordering his drink. There is a wonderful grocery store in Divide. The dirt roads in the neighborhood are well maintained all year long, though we do recommend 4WD in the winter unless you are an experienced winter driver. That said, there are no steep slopes between the main roads and the Cabin at Cedar Mountain, so the driving is not technical. There is a ton of hiking/horseback riding trails right outside the door, and a parking lot that connects to the ATV trail system is .8 miles away.
Getting Around:
You'll definitely want to have your own vehicle for getting around Divide and Teller County.
Other Things to Note:
We are not 420 friendly. No smoking of any kind inside is permitted, please. Outdoor smoking is permitted if and when local fire regulations permit. We do use security cameras outdoors and in the garage but never inside. Don't worry, there is no camera pointed at the hot tub.
Photo ID required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent this property is 25.

***Large groups please note: 4 of the beds are twins in the kid loft area with low ceilings. The cabin will not comfortably sleep 14 adults, but only 10.
Check in is at 5pm and check out time is by 10am. We do our best to accommodate early check in and/or late check out requests. We offer these based upon our housekeeping team's approval.
