Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Family-friendly home has huge backyard with 1/2 basketball court and other activities. The spacious, open-concept interior has two game rooms filled with activities for all ages. The living room is cozy and has a 65-inch TV with space for everyone! Master bedroom has private bath including a large tub, stand-up shower, and double sinks. All bedrooms are upstairs as well as a full bathroom and dedicated office space.

Kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking. Coffee machine for K-cups, single cup, or a whole pot. Toddler plates/utensils are provided as well as a high chair in the dining room for no extra charge.
Fully fenced in yard includes a beautiful patio space with outdoor furniture and Adirondack chairs along with a grill. 1/2 basketball court is out back and tons of room in the yard. Basketballs and footballs are provided.
Other things to note
Oversized backyard with privacy fence, ½ basketball court, large patio, grill, and fire pit with adirondack chairs and patio furniture. Wood for fire pit is not included. Due to occasional droughts in Texas, there may be a fire warning and use of the fire pit would be prohibited to prevent fires.
