Summary: My wife and I had a wonderful weekend stay at this lovely home on Polk Street. It was absolutely perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations in several ways.First and foremost, the property was impeccably tidy and felt very welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were particularly impressed with the tasteful renovation. We found plenty of fresh linens, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, including all the basic cooking essentials, a convenient dishwasher, and even a clothes washer and dryer – a real bonus!There's a nicely furnished deck in the backyard. The fire pit in the lower part of the backyard, complete with comfortable chairs, was a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.Our host, Natalie, was a pleasure to deal with. She communicated readily and was always prompt and helpful in her responses. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and seamless.The location of the home is also a major plus. Being near downtown Charlotte made it easy to navigate to all the local attractions we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated being able to avoid highways for much of our travel, thanks to the convenient location. Furthermore, the neighborhood itself was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay.Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located home in Charlotte.
