On the attic floor, you will find four bedrooms, two with three single beds (90cm) and two with a double bed (160cm), two bathrooms (one with a changing table and a baby bath), and a separate toilet.
The studio apartment comprises a living area with a double sofa bed (140cm), a bathroom/toilet, and a mezzanine with a double bed (160cm). You will have access to three terraces (garden furniture, barbecues, sun loungers) and a 4000m² garden with a covered (4 x 8m) heated swimming pool, open from April to October, a children's play area, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table. Several cars can be parked on the property, and you can store your bicycles in a lockable shed where you will also find a second washing machine.
