Coastal decor and plush furnishings transport keep the calm vibe going in the contemporary living area. Gather your friends and family on the comfortable couch and armchairs - great for catching up. Get the whole group involved in the fully-equipped kitchen. With abundant counter space, plenty of storage, and all the utensils you need, prepping & serving is simple. Keep it casual by serving from the kitchen island. You can grab a barstool or gather around the dining table that seats 8. Both spots will get you Gulf views through the wall of windows.
Private bedrooms mean everyone can enjoy their own space and operate on their own schedule. The primary king suite is tucked away upstairs with a seating area and French doors that open out onto the screened & covered deck . The luxurious en suite bathroom boasts dual vanities, walk-in shower and standalone soaking tub. There’s also a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom upstairs, and two more queen bedrooms on the main level. Pack light! There’s a full-size washer and dryer for your use.
This comfortable beach house is only 5 houses away from the neighborhood beach access, and the Gulf views from the large main level deck make it the perfect place to soak up some sun or dine al fresco. When the beach calls, stroll down to the sun, sand, and surf!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
