After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the expansive living room, complete with two plush sofas and a new electric leather recliner, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The open floor plan highlights a beautiful dining area with additional breakfast bar seating. Planning a family game night? You're covered - there's an extra table dedicated just for games and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any home chef featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick beach snack, you'll have everything you need. Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions) $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.
