This gorgeous home is only one block from Adam's Ave - where amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and bars await, as well as a lovely park, playground and the small local library. Oh, and step out on the front porch at 6pm and every night you can hear them chime 6 times and then play a hymn with the church bells from the church two blocks away. They also chime at 9am each day. In order to enjoy either- you will have to be outside, the front lawn is the best spot, especially while enjoying your favorite beverage under the Jacaranda tree.
