This lakeside gem features a living room with a spacious seating area including full sofa-bed, pine panelling, flat-screen TV, electric all-season fireplace, and a large shady deck perched over the water. There is a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. Two bedrooms each have a resort king bed. The ensuite four-piece bath and soaker tub in Eagle features a great view. A second four-piece bath is located off the living room. This is a two-bedroom cottage with spectacular views of Lake Simcoe. There is a living room overlooking the lake with a deck outside for enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

You will have access to walking trails and a shared sandy beach area.

No Loud Noise allowed after 10 pm outside and do not disturb your neighbor.
Parking with “parking permit” in designated parking spots ONLY, NO parking is allowed on the road. (Parking permit will be providing when check in if needed)
Wear face masks and practicing social distancing. (2 meters away from each other)
Limitation of 10 people per group in public areas.
Suggestion: Do not drink water directly from the tap.
No boat or jet ski allowed to stay or park within the 100ft from shoreline.
Keep their garbage inside of the property when checked out.
Bugs and wildlife may appear around the property and this is normal as these are country style cottages. (Some bugs may enter the room when door is open)
The lake and beach area does not have lifeguards. Using the lake at your own risk. For guests who are under 18 need to be monitored by their guardians when enjoying the lake.
Smoking is not allowed on the beach. Only smoke in the designated area.
Guests need to collect their own garbage before they leave the beach. (There is a garbage bin in the beach area)
