The villa, recently renovated, is located in front of the beautiful Cavalli beach in Marina di Mancaversa on the Ionian coast. is in a strategic point as in 5 minutes you arrive on the highway and in just over half an hour you can get anywhere in Salento, for example it is about 2km from Punta Pizzo, 5km from Punta della Suina, about 15km from Gallipoli, about 30km from Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno, Porto Selvaggio, about 15km from Marina di Ugento, Torre San Giovanni, about 25km from Lido Marini, Torre Vado, the Maldives of Salento, about 40km from Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto, about 40km from Santa Maria di Leuca, about 45km from Otranto, Castro, Porto Badisco, Alimini Lakes, about 45km from Lecce and the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast from Torre Rinalda, San Cataldo, Bella Beach, San Foca.
Marina di Mancaversa is a luxuriant seaside resort, which in summer offers everything you should not miss for a relaxing and happy holiday. The Municipal Administration organizes a series of outdoor events, such as festivals, shows and concerts. Near the house (you can get there on foot) there are several pizzerias, a great sandwich shop, bar, ATM, a pharmacy, the medical guard, two supermarkets, a fish shop, tobacco shop and the church.
The house is facing south and all rooms have a sea view. It consists of a huge courtyard of about 100sqm, of which 30sqm raised to form a beautiful veranda where you can spend your time in complete relaxation and recreation, or simply take advantage of sunbathing after a healthy swim at the beach which is a 50 steps, with convenient access to the beach also suitable for children.
From the veranda leads to the living room / kitchen very large and bright, a spacious bathroom, a double bedroom with sea view and a bedroom with bunk beds always with sea view. In addition there is also a folding bed to be used as needed.
