Located in a very private setting, this home is near the Blue Ridge Parkway where you will have access to hiking, sightseeing, and unlimited mountain activities!
The main level of Spruce Patch has an open-concept great room, kitchen, and dining area with huge windows allowing natural sunlight to flow inside. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances and is well-equipped to prepare and serve meals for a full house. The adjacent dining area accommodates 6 at the table, allowing comfortable indoor dining for all of your guests. The great room has tasteful furniture, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, a huge HD Smart TV, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a wall of windows framing mountain views. There is a king bedroom with private access to the outside porch. Find two additional queen bedrooms with comfortable sleeping for up to four more guests.
Step outside to find comfortable outdoor seating and a gas grill where you can cook up your favorite meal. The lower area features a large firepit where you can roast s'mores and enjoy the sweeping mountain views. After a long day of exploring all that the mountains have to offer, relax and unwind in the hot tub.
