Set in the peaceful nature reserve of Lake Michelle - overlooking the lake and views of Chapman's Peak beyond. Relax in our beautiful, modern 3 bedroom home with private garden and outdoor pool in one of the popular secured neighbourhoods of Noordhoek.
As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, another American style fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. There is a separate tumble dryer in our large double garage which has a connecting internal door from the utility room.
A walk in pantry is well stocked with glasses, crockery, dishes and many other useful items to make your stay as relaxed and homely as possible. The kitchen, main lounge, dining area and second reception room are all open plan so the stunning views out over the lake can be seen from everywhere!
The open plan lounge has a TV and DVD player so feel free to bring any favourite films with you. Fast speed Wifi is available and a selection of games and plenty of books and useful information about the area to help you explore the truly wonderful area.
This villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed, with patio doors that lead out onto the pool and patio area - so waking up and seeing the sun streaming in the mornings is a delight. There is also a dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table with hair dryer. Connected to this bedroom is the ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with patio doors that lead out to the garden and pool area. Built in wardrobes and dressing table. The bathroom is shared with bedroom three and consists of toilet, basin, separate shower and bath.
The third bedroom is smaller contains 2 single beds. Ideal for younger members of the group.
A further bathroom has a toilet and basin.
Linen, towels, and an iron and ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Pool towels are provided too.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am - but we understand that due to flights arriving from all over the world at different times, we are very flexible and we suggest that you discuss your arrival and departure times with us and we will try to accommodate you the best we can.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is plenty of parking available at the property, with a double garage and space for four cars on the drive way.
- Pets are not allowed without prior discussion with us.
Within a few minutes drive, Noordhoek village is home to some delightful restaurants and shops and has a real warm family feel. A few minutes the other direction is the shopping centre with a selection of supermarkets, chemists, clothes shops plus plenty more. Cape Town is roughly 40 minutes away north and further south takes you down to Cape Point - so location is perfect.
