The tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home sleeps 8-10 guests (depending on the season) and offers spaces for family and friends to relax in comfort on three levels. The sun-filled, two-story great room features a soaring stone fireplace, built-in dining area, lots of comfortable seating and plenty of space for games and puzzles. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen features a large prep/dining island, as well as high-end stainless-steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, two ovens, a refrigerator and extra cold food storage drawers. A wrap-around screened porch off of the kitchen and breakfast area has a built-in gas grill, and separate dining and seating areas with custom-designed rustic furniture - perfect for drinks, dinner or just reading a book. The main floor of the house also features a mudroom, powder room and a charming queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The second floor features a queen master bedroom suite including a walk-in closet, large bath with soaking tub, and a screened sleeping porch which puts you up in the trees. The sleeping porch has a queen bed. There is also a loft area with plush seating, widescreen smart tv and a desk, for your work from home needs. The house has excellent Wifi and 500 Mbps internet service.
The lower level features a large family room space with a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace and an entertainment system with a large movie screen and projector that can be run from a laptop, and surround sound system with Bluetooth capabilities.
