There is a large 12m x 5m private and secluded pool with outside shower and ample sun loungers to relax on and soak up the sun, with a large parasol to recline under if shade is required. There is a poolside bar with bar stools and a Bluetooth sound system to play all your favourite music. Next to the bar is a charcoal BBQ with outside dining table, chairs and a rattan lounge set with comfy cushions and an outdoor parasol. This area also houses a drinks room with fridge/freezer, a sunbed store and a utility room with washing machine, toilet and hand basin.

A further three bedrooms are located on the first floor all with sea views, two have single twin beds that can be zipped into doubles and one has a double bed, they all share a family shower room complete with toilet and hand basin. There is also a separate wash room with toilet and hand basin.
