A powder room, elevator and ensuite bedroom complete the first floor. The second floor has a wonderful primary suite with vaulted ceilings and slider to the waterfront deck along w/a marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate oversized shower. The third bedroom also has a slider to the waterside deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sun set. An office space, full bath and laundry room complete the second floor. In addition to the main house, this property also has a boat dock and a charming waterfront cottage perfect for an afternoon siesta. The yard will be professionally landscaped Spring 2024. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
