Positive: The location was very good. The owner should change the management of this appartment. The appartment is very big. The entrance to the bathroom is from the room. There is one room in this appartment. There is no balcony. There is no lift. There may sleep 6 people. The appartment wasn't clean. The floor was dirty, in each corner and behind beds and under the beds were dust. The manager of this appartment Camelotels is the worst management ever, the contact was very bad.
Negative: The appartment wasn't clean. The floor was dirty, in each corner and behind beds and under the beds were dust. In the shower you need to use shooes to fill comfortable. The manager of this appartment Camelotels is the worst management ever, the contact was very bad. First Camelotels required to contact them on WhatsApp. I rent one appartment, but then I changed for bigger one, and I wrote them about this, but they still wrote me that I had canceled my reservation, and on booking they still ask me to write them on WhatsApp. Then when I arrive there was no bedlinen for one bed, fortunatly they answer me ad midnight that it might be inside the bed, and yes the bedlinlen were in bed but mix together with dirty one!!! Than we were 5people, and the appartment was for 5 people, but there was not enough bowls, plates, forks or spoon. By the way there was just a frying pan, and no more dishes. The people from Camelotels promised in text message to bring things in the morning, but they never appear with missing etems. There was no hanger for clothes, neither a shelf.
