Positive: Nice location, fantastic view and decor. Slept well in the bed. Nice to have an iron and iron board. Lots of wardrobe space.
Negative: Despite the modern interior design, it felt a bit worn down and neglected. There were stains on the sofa (a sofa which was set up by two modules which frequently would slide apart), rug and the kitchen seemed to have some use. The clock didn’t work. The seat of one of the chairs felt broken. Also, the freezer was frozen-open, so to speak, and its door could not be closed. We were asked to help out by shutting it off when leaving, which we kindly offered to do but were offered no reimbursement at all or even instructions on how to do this. Furthermore, this issue should have been taken care of long before, looking at a previous review describing the same issue. Cleaning wasn’t done very well either, not thoroughly for sure when regarding the situation underneath the bed. Simultaneously things were lacking, such as a bin in the bathroom, kitchen knife as well as glasses and mugs for two people (only one of each and we were two guests). Someone told us they would arrange with glasses and kitchen knife, to later reply that we could buy them ourselves and be reimbursed - a message that was sent during dinner time when we already had decided to come up with other dinner plans. In general we didn’t feel very prioritised.
