This is a lovely and bright 4-bedroom duplex apartment with spacious balcony and terrace. Apartment is located in a small seaside Village of Trsteno, just 20 minutes driving distance from Dubrovnik and consists of 2 separate apartments connected via external staircase. This newly renovated holiday rental represents a great choice for group of friends, one large family or two families traveling together and looking for a relaxing place to stay in a semi rural area near Dubrovnik city center.

Ground floor apartment consists of a well equipped modern kitchen with dining area which opens directly onto the covered front terrace; living room , bathroom with shower, master bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) featuring en-suite bathroom and second bedroom also with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms open onto a balcony offering partial sea view.
1st floor apartment
Apartment located on the 1st floor consists of well equipped modern kitchen with dining area and living room which opens directly on to the spacious balcony, full bathroom with shower, additional guest toilet, and two bedrooms with queen size beds(160 x 200 cm).

Trsteno is a small seaside settlement situated 20 km north of Dubrovnik. It is famous for its unique natural beauties, rich vegetation and its well-known Arboretum. Trsteno beach is located only 700 meters from the property. The nearest restaurant and bar are approximately 400 meters away. Besides the beautiful beaches, the whole area is famous for agritourism. Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens can be found in nearby villages within less than 10 minutes’ drive. The nearest grocery store is located just 150 meters from the property.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changedonly on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficienttowels and linen will be left in theproperty. *
