2 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Balcony and Bedding

Open concept house. Short walk to the Spokane river and 3 miles to the Dwight Merkle Sports Complex. Less than 10 min to Long lake -bring your boat and toys as it is mins to 7mile ORV park and RC car track. Minutes to Riverside State Park and downtown Spokane, Northern Quest, Spokane tribe Casino. Hoopfest, Golf, ski, swim, soccer. Easy access to highway 291 to visit small towns like Suncrst, 9 Mile Falls Deer Park, Chewelah, Colville. Brand new adjustable beds are very comfortable
The space
Open concept 2 bedroom 2 bath home. master bedroom allows for king size bed and a twin. Both rooms have a tv . All beds are new adjustable beds with raising you head or feet with touch of a button. King beds can be separatedif you choose to sleep in twin xl or pushed together for king size.
Guest access
Entire main floor, front and back yard. The only areas not available to guests are Basement and garage are off limits to guests as our supplies and personal items are stored there. If doors are opened an alarm will sound and owner will be notified on phones. Reservation will be cancelled. We value your privacy and hope you value our privacy as well.
