The Space:
Located just minutes from downtown Port Carling, this gorgeous four bedroom 3 full bath cottage is on a beautifully landscaped lot with trees for privacy and sun all day at the water. A large dock complete with Muskoka chairs and beautiful lake views allows for the ultimate Muskoka experience, especially beautiful in Fall. A gently sloping lot boasts over 200’ of south-facing water frontage with a small sandy beach area, and a convenient fire pit with stone surround. Elegantly decorated with a large well-appointed kitchen, this cottage has 3000 square feet of living area and is perfect for hosting family and friends. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, stainless steel appliances, separate wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary small appliances (blender, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, waffle maker). Inside the cottage you’ll also find a large farmhouse dining table to seat 8, and a generous family room with multiple seating options. A TV room on the lower level has a family sized sectional and entertainment unit. The two TVs have Apple Boxes with Netflix, Prime and Apple TV.

Bracebridge, the closest major town, is 20 minutes away and has large grocery chains, plus fast food and coffee shops as well as major drug stores. Visit the Muskoka Brewery or historic Bracebridge Falls. Lots to do in the area, and every amenity you need is close at hand.
