Sunshine Dreams is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is perfect for a family getaway. Only a quick walk to the beach, this home sleeps up to 9 people with an amazing beach view! This home includes an outside shower, perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach, and a picnic table to enjoy an afternoon of grilling with the family. Sunshine Dreams is full of windows making it an open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has full over full bunks (accommodates 4) and the third bedroom has a twin and full-size bed (accommodates 3). Total of 9 people. There is also a pull-out sofa that will sleep two more people if needed (totaling 11). POINTE SAN LUIS & PLAYA SAN LUIS Playa San Luis, on the beachside, offers numerous beachside dune crossovers to access the beach, and Pointe San Luis, on the bayside, offers a seasonal community pool and hot tub. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
