The shared use of Hobby / fitness facilities (pool, table football, darts, air hockey, Multi fitness machine, cross trainer, bar) is free, but must be promptly notified of the booking, which also applies to the free shared use of bicycles, tandems, scooters and for the two-man bob -Lenkschlitten applies.

The energy (electricity, water), with a daily rate of EUR 5 - calculated or it is the price that appears here at apartment.

Own Pre- and final cleaning!

The tenement house, Bj. 1967, is located on a 700 sqm plot in a green dead end directly to a stream and surrounded by mountains and forest. The house is been completely renovated, but there are also components of the Year. The house consists of four apartments, where only three are rented out to vacationers and there is a solid residents in the house.

Requested are only holiday guests, the descendants of the request for consideration of other roommates and neighboring, and also comply with the usual rest periods, so that a family-oriented cooperation is ensured. For example, youth groups who want partying few days in a cozy circle just once, the residence is not suitable.

2.) In order to provide:
Sledge, bicycles, 1 tandem, perhaps 1 scooter (optional - insurance plate, about 50, - Euro, is to bring your own).

3.) There is no shared outdoor area.
A demarcated wooden veranda with a spacious seating area is available from 2017 on request.

Environment:
directly located at the house, a creek and mountainous forests, and approximately 50 meters from a large adventure playground with 'aerial runway', etc! In the opposite direction there is a large public and covered barbecue area with rustic seating areas for the whole family and friends, mini golf, restaurants and a sports court facility that you can even rent low privately for special occasions. Not far away is a free climbing wall and a massive outdoor table tennis table for the public and free use.

In the immediate vicinity of the Ravens mountain with ski sled departure is (about 600m long), ski runs and ski lifts appropriate, an indoor games paradise, an ice rink, a water park, a small lake with pedal boats, etc. In Alternative resort Bad Lauterberg is the Hausberg cable car, as well as the large Odertalsperre.

Without a car, you can leave your property from many walks.
