The apartment has an abundance of natural light and features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles (and an additional blow-up bed if required). The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas top stoves, an oven, a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle and a fridge to ensure you can cook up a storm while taking in the stunning views.
Other amenities include a 55-inch LG 4K TV, high-speed internet, and a work area with an adjustable standing table. If you need to do laundry during your stay, a public washing machine and dryer are located right next to the apartment (at an additional cost).

No Designated Parking: Our apartment does not have a designated parking spot, and no units in the building do. However, there is free 2-hour parking available nearby. Please be aware that parking officers patrol the area.
No Lift Access: The building does not have lift access. Guests will need to climb approximately 30 stairs to reach the apartment.
Fishing Policy: Fishing is not permitted from the balcony. However, you can enjoy fishing just a 1-minute walk away at the waterfront.
