Superb detached spacious bungalow, completely refurbished to a good standard, tucked away in an elevated peaceful position, in this popular seaside Regency town of Sidmouth. Just over a ten minute walk to the beach, seafront with Esplanade and town centre with an excellent selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, theatre, a little further to the indoor swimming pool and cinema. Accommodation: ALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR. Completely refurbished and furnished with great care to a good standard.

The seaside village of Branscombe with working forge, Old Bakery Tea rooms and mill, two traditional inns serving excellent food and the fishing village of Beer are a 15 minute drive away, passing by the famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston.
The stunning coastal resort of Lyme Regis is only a 25 minute drive. Ideally positioned for the many coastal walks on the South West Coast Path.
