Located in the municipality of Saint Jean de Monts between sea and marsh at 1 km from montoises beaches and ocean. beautiful walks from the house, or bike using the hundreds of kilometers of cycling paths! (Loan possible)

4 people, It is furnished with a bed for 2 people (200 x 160), a wardrobe, a console and a necessary home (Nespresso coffee machine)
Private bathroom with toilet, basin, walk-in shower and hair dryer.
We love the spa effect in the shower, although be guaranteed!
Breakfast (included in the room price) is served in the lounge was relaxing place with big screen TV, bookcase and sofa, or on the terrace on sunny days.
Outside, you go to a private terrace facing the four cardinal points. A barbecue in common with the second B & B will be available.
Outdoor games on raised ground of 3200m², football, golf pitching approach, Molki, badminton, Boules.
