Positive: Conveniently situated very close to harbour and town centre. Loved the Victorian feel to the house. Magnificent front door!
Negative: The garden path was very overgrown, although we understood a Gardener came every Friday. Cushion in the en-suite bedroom had a suggestive stain clearly visible on it, and if you used the shower, it leaked downstairs through a visible crack in the archway in the living room. The duvet cover in this same room had a large split in the stitching. Shower cubicle downstairs far too small. Drain cover at back door needs replacing, very flimsy and a few paving slabs out back are very uneven. For the money, we didn’t feel we got what we paid for.
