Summary: Had to leave 1 day early due to major plumbing issues even though 2 plumbers came out on Christmas Day . The issues continued even after the plumber left and we were not comfortable . We advised the owners given we still couldn’t flush the toilet and the showers still weren’t draining , we would be leaving a day early . No refund of any kind was offered. The house was clean and comfortable but with problematic plumbing during our holiday stay definitely changed our experience . I felt bad for the owners dealing with this over the holidays but we were definitely also impacted . I realize these things can happen but we were just ghosted after we notified them we had left early . Given the house was comfortable and clean I’m giving 3 stars but that is very generous considering what we dealt with.
