Summary: The location of the property is excellent. Its in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a nice outdoor patio and yard. It is possible to walk to some neighboring businesses and restaurants and its very near some main roads to easily travel to Newport, Middletown, some hiking areas or the beaches. The house itself is modernized New England and charming. The stairs are quite steep and there should be a warning for those who might have a problem. We were there for 6 nights. Beds are comfortable. Nice to have laundry machines. There are 3 tvs but we didnt learn how to use them. We didnt do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. Window air conditioners kept us cool, though they're a bit loud. There are lots of things to do nearby.
