Summary: The room was in ok condition - cleaners are honestly doing a great job , however , no hand or body lotion ! Two people stayed and only one toothbrush ? Strange , but ok. Room seemed cold at 21 degrees , no option on putting this higher.Half of sockets didnt work and lamps near tv side had no light bulbs :) I am a member at hotels.com and expedia and website shows clear benefits on stay that hotel is not aware of , team seems unfriendly and unprofessional! If weather wont be great - renting an umbrella seems to be impossible. Staff dont know the area at all - unable to order taxi or suggest restaurant! Offered a free drink but impossible to order one because bartender was busy with other things ! Wont come back and wont suggest for others
