Positive: Spacious house near to the sea. 3 bathrooms. Garden with trampoline. Garden has now been cleared as requested by the last occupant.
Negative: The house should have been cleaned more thoroughly especially the bathrooms. Carpets needed cleaning or replacing. Needs new pillows and bed linen. Radiator had obviously been leaking for a long time in ensuite. I have reported this. There is a path down to the beach which is ok for able bodied adults but as we had a 2 year old with us we didn't use it as it would have been dangerous. As the last occupant said we had to pay an extra £50 non refundable deposit in order for the owner to send us the code to obtain the key. Otherwise we would have had to pay £700 which was refundable but we were not prepared to do that. It is advertised as being a £500 deposit. We have only stayed in hotels booked with booking.com so don't know if this is usual. If you need a nearby bistro - go to 'Home from Home'. It's popular so book. What an amazing meal we had.
