Welcome to the Growler Garden, a newly furnished 3 story townhome with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a backyard. The Growler Garden is walking distance to the best breweries and restaurants that Ballard has to offer.
BEDROOM ONE: Queen bed with walk in closet and bathroom in the next room over.
BEDROOM TWO: Queen bed with 55” TV, walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom.
LIVING ROOM: Couch (available to sleep 5th person but is not a pull out) and 55" TV
OFFICE: Standing desk & office chair set up in separate, but open area
KITCHEN: Full cookware and olive oil / salt / pepper to cook. Keurig and electric water kettle provided.
BACKYARD: Relax in the fully fenced in backyard in the 4 person hot tub and dine at the 4 person dining table. Backyard is accessible from bedroom on ground floor and from living room on second floor.
PARKING: One off street designated compact car parking spot and free street parking.
AC / HEAT: Each floor has individual radiant heat settings. The window AC units are located in both bedrooms (installed June through August).
PETS
We only allow dogs on a case by case basis. If you are interested in bringing a pet, please message us with the breed and age information prior to booking. Any non-approved pets will be subject to a $500 per pet fine. We are local to the neighborhood and look forward to seeing you and your pet on your walks. No cats, rodents, fish, etc.
