Positive: It was a beautiful apartment, plenty of space for myself, partner and one year old daughter. Check in was easy, information was sent prior to arrival on how to enter the property. There was (pretty much) everything we needed; toilet roll, washing up liquid and soap, etc. It was a couple of minutes walk to the supermarket, shops, attractions and restaurants. It was lovely to have space outside to sit and enjoy a drink on the terrace. We had wifi and could access YouTube on the tv.
Negative: We had requested a travel cot prior, for our daughter which had been confirmed, however it was not there when we checked in. I had to ring around to speak to someone who arranged to bring one, which they did within 2/3 hours. We couldn’t see additional bin bags, this would have been helpful to have had. We couldn’t find plates but there were plenty of bowls, glasses, mugs. Etc. We couldn’t get the air con to work but we managed without it / and didn’t contact anyone for help. There is some noise from the road, which affected my partners sleep slightly, but myself and daughter were fine.
