Country elegance in the Meadow. Located in quite neighborhood, the Meadow House is a three bedroom, two bathroom, 1700 sq ft, new home located just five miles from Front Street and Northwestern State University. It has a fully stocked kitchen, large screen smart, Roku TV, electric fireplace, large patio with plenty of seating for meals and star gazing over the meadow in the evening. BBQ, fire pit, horse shoe pits included. Fleur De Lis details throughout the house. The home is comfortable and convenient.

The house is clean and ready to use. We do hope you enjoy your stay. This is our home, we do live here. Please respect our home.
The Heat/AC control is a NEST located by the laundry room.
Please do NOT move or rearrange any of the furniture! Including patio furniture. Doing so will result in addition fee’s and or loss of security deposit to cover the cost to move furniture back to its designated place and or costs to repair walls, floors etc.
We provide house cleaning NOT maid service. There is extra hourly charge for pre arranged maid service.

Guest must wash and put away all dishes and pots and pans. Do not leave dirty dishes in sink or on counter. Please remove all food from refrigerator.
Place used towels and any extra blankets or sheets that were removed from closets in the laundry room before check out.
Beds linens should be TURNED DOWN on beds that were slept in.
WiFi info is in guest book. Please do not leave lights on when checking out. Only flood lights should be on when checking out.
