3 Bedroom House with TV, View and Balcony

Two storey house, situated at the heart of downtown village of Elberta. A perfect getaway for active families and friends. A park/playground to run around to rid those excess enrgies! Few minutes and you will be at Elberta Beach or hiking the dunes or a stroll to downtown to all nearby restaurants , to mention a few, the famous Cabbage shed with live entertainments on weekends and the A&W drive-in . A 5- minute drive to downtown Frankfort with more restaurants and coffee shops , and stroll Frankfort harbor. Spend the day at the beach.
Elberta is a quaint, little village. Everyone seems to know everybody. Safe neighborhood as well.
Treat Lincoln house as your own home.
Checks in on a Friday or Saturday and check out is on a Friday or Saturday for weekly bookings.
One pet is allowed for each booking with an additional cleaning fee of $150 .
I do require $$300 security deposit that is refundable a week after checkout, pending inventory of the house which includes furnishings .

Summary: The location of property was excellent as we were able to be right down the road from family. Our trip to Elberta was share in the celebration of life of one great man. My husbands Uncle Gene passed away and we were to be with family. Only real complaint about the home we rented if I should use such a strong word is that the kitchen could have been better stocked. Other than that is was a great place to stay.
