Positive: The flat was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. It was about 10 minutes walk from the minster, so easy access, but in a quiet area, which was perfect for us. There are so many little touches that made it lovely.. loads of pans, serving dishes, glasses, crockery etc, games under the tv, a tv in the room with the 3rd bed, plenty towels, pretty toddler friendly. We would definitely come back as it was a great property for a family break. Finally, the agent was very helpful and easy to reach in the run up to our stay. Thank you 🙂
Negative: Not complaints but a couple of toddler related suggestions. We had a toddler in the 3rd bed and because the bed frame is much bigger than the mattress width, there is a chance they could slip down the side. We had a guard we could use, but maybe some bolsters to slip between the wall and the mattress would help if a small person is using it. Also, (sorry if these are there and we missed them) maybe some plug protectors to pop in open sockets while toddlers are in situ. Finally, I wanted to say that the only reason I marked down value is that I think generally accommodation value has shifted. However, I would say that this is at the top end in terms of quality against other available options in York.
