Comfortably furnished to a high standard throughout, step into the open-plan living space with large, fitted quality kitchen, well-equipped with its central island, it is a really sociable space and perfect for preparing family meals to enjoy in the conservatory dining room, a spacious sitting room with lovely original arched French doors opening to the front courtyard gives plenty of space to relax, while children and adults alike will make the most of the cosy cwtch, down steps which leads out to the large enclosed garden. Plenty of original features have been retained with high vaulted ceilings, A-frame beams and exposed stone work.The master bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor is an absolute delight with its wonderful super king sleigh bed and wooden floor, the other bedrooms can be either made up as super kings or twin beds, one is located on the ground floor while stairs lead up to a further two bedrooms nestling in the eaves with their exposed A-frame beams. There is a village pub serving food and local shop in the neighbouring village of Robeston Wathen, just 3 miles away.
